What you will do

  • Install hirify.global products at customer hospitals according to approved procedures.
  • Perform site acceptance testing, demonstrate system functionality, and obtain documented customer approval.
  • Diagnose product issues, replace or repair equipment, and confirm resolution with customers.
  • Perform preventive maintenance, product updates, and system upgrades at existing customer facilities.
  • Document customer visits, feedback, complaints, installation results, and functionality testing.
  • Support customer inquiries and returned material authorization processing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; science or engineering preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Field Service Engineer or in a technical customer service or field service role.
  • Services experience in areas such as clinical services, biomedical equipment, or radiology, with an understanding of healthcare capital equipment.
  • Knowledge of GMP and ISO requirements, including ISO 13485 quality systems.
  • Proficiency with personal computers and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to travel on short notice, provide on-site service in the assigned geography, work independently, and lift up to 50 pounds.

  • Medical device industry experience.
