Project Manager (Supply Chain Automation)

Location: Hybrid work schedule at the Atlanta, Georgia office; applicants must be authorized to work in the United States. Domestic and international travel of up to 50% is required, with valid travel documentation.

What you will do

• Plan, execute, and close automation projects of moderate scope and complexity.
• Develop and maintain project scope, schedules, budgets, resource plans, cost forecasts, and performance tracking in MS Project.
• Manage scope changes, risks, issues, corrective actions, approvals, and customer communications.
• Coordinate engineering, sales, finance, procurement, contract management, customer service, site management, safety, and installation teams.
• Track technical deliverables, vendor performance, material deliveries, equipment receipt, inventory, and safety reporting.
• Apply quality assurance processes, review project milestones, and document lessons learned for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in project management, project coordination, or technical project delivery.
• Experience managing scope, schedules, budgets, and resources in warehouse, distribution, material handling, logistics, or automation projects.
• Proficiency in MS Project and Microsoft Office; familiarity with SAP or similar enterprise systems is preferred.
• Strong planning, organization, communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Must be authorized to work full-time in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• CAPM, PMP, or similar project management certification.
• Experience in matrixed and multicultural environments.
