Global Project Procurement Manager

What you will do

• Define and align procurement strategies with the Project Core Team and Procurement Community throughout the project lifecycle.
• Establish procurement collaboration models for offshore and onshore scopes with regional teams.
• Assess market conditions, manage procurement risks, and develop mitigation and opportunity strategies.
• Coordinate procurement activities and resources with engineering, scheduling, commercial project management, and regional units.
• Review customer contracts, analyze supply and service scopes, and prepare supplier negotiations and project-specific contract standards.
• Support buyers and commodity managers, negotiate non-managed materials, and provide procurement data and reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain management, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.
• 8+ years of experience completing complex projects.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.

Nice to have

• PMP certification or a similar qualification.
• SAP experience.
