Staff Technical Program Manager

Location: New York, NY

Salary: $149,000–$157,000 annual base salary

What you will do

• Lead multi-quarter, high-visibility technical programs spanning multiple teams, dependencies, and constraints.
• Coordinate planning and execution across Engineering, Product, and other functions, including executive and partner communications.
• Identify solutions to ambiguous cross-program problems and build scalable processes that improve organizational efficiency and execution.
• Lead quarterly planning, monthly business reviews, and weekly business reviews with clear status, blockers, and next steps.
• Manage escalations and tradeoffs between business priorities, technical constraints, scope, sequencing, and risk.
• Mentor other technical program managers and establish a high standard for program management.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of technical program management experience or comparable experience.
• Technical fluency for evaluating estimates, dependencies, scope, sequencing, and risk.
• Hands-on familiarity with Jellyfish, Jira with JQL, SQL, Datadog, BigQuery, and Redash.
• Ability to work autonomously, define goals and workstreams, and navigate ambiguity.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong organization, collaboration, and operating-efficiency improvement skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with M&A-driven IT and Finance Systems integration, divestitures, or legacy infrastructure decommissioning.
• Experience with infrastructure projects for new office or restaurant locations and site closures.
• Experience leading platform consolidation, tenant consolidation, or identity provider migrations.
• Familiarity with Identity & Access Management, access certifications, RBAC, and provisioning automation.
• Experience with enterprise tool rollouts such as Atlassian, Google Workspace, Gemini Enterprise, NetSuite, or Workday.
