What you will do

• Shape and execute enterprise, portfolio, and growth strategy, translating corporate priorities into roadmaps and value-creation plans.
• Advise executive leadership on market dynamics, competitive positioning, investment priorities, and strategic trade-offs.
• Lead corporate development and M&A initiatives across target assessment, due diligence, valuation, transaction execution, and post-deal integration.
• Develop market analyses, business cases, and financial models that support executive recommendations.
• Mobilise cross-functional teams to deliver complex, enterprise-wide strategic initiatives from concept through execution.
• Establish governance and performance measures, influence senior stakeholders, and build high-performing strategic teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related discipline required; MBA preferred.
• At least 12 years of experience in corporate strategy, corporate development, M&A, or transformation, including senior leadership accountability.
• Proven leadership of enterprise, portfolio, and growth strategy, with M&A execution across assessment, diligence, valuation, transaction, and integration.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen, including market assessment, business case development, valuation, and financial modelling.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and delivering strategic, financial, and operational outcomes.
• Applied AI expertise, including Microsoft Copilot and Claude, to strengthen analysis, productivity, and decision-making.
• Experience in data architecture, technology strategy, and product engineering, translating business requirements into scalable solutions.
• Executive-level communication, influence, and judgement, with advanced Excel and PowerPoint capability.

• Prior strategy consulting or internal corporate strategy experience.
