Senior Product Engineer (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Plan, execute, and manage complex product and process engineering assignments.
• Resolve critical customer and manufacturing problems using data-driven, structured problem-solving tools.
• Define critical-to-quality characteristics and connect them with critical process parameters.
• Partner with R&D and manufacturing teams to qualify new products.
• Coach and train colleagues through improvement and change-control processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent knowledge of manufacturing processes; a higher degree may substitute for part of the experience requirement.
• At least 5 years of progressive experience in product engineering, process engineering, quality engineering, and/or R&D.
• Hands-on experience manufacturing web-based polymeric materials, such as membranes, polymer films, or synthetic fabrics.
• Strong analytical, statistical, troubleshooting, process improvement, and project management skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of ISO standards and U.S. FDA requirements.
