Manufacturing Process Engineer

Location: Aberdeen, South Dakota, United States; onsite manufacturing plant role. Travel may include up to 10% domestic or international travel. Relocation assistance may be authorized. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employment visa sponsorship.

Expected compensation: $98,964–$120,957 annually, including base pay and variable incentive pay if eligible.

What you will do

• Provide engineering leadership and establish resources and contacts for the Aberdeen plant.
• Evaluate project scope, equipment specifications, and project requirements.
• Lead and participate in continuous improvement projects for processes, products, and quality systems.
• Organize and execute projects using project management skills.
• Support site and focus factory resources with process improvements and monitor process capabilities.
• Report project implementation, costs, and status to the appropriate stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in an engineering discipline, completed and verified before starting.
• Additional relevant degrees include mechanical, industrial, or chemical engineering.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing or process engineering environment is beneficial.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and strong engineering or technical skills are beneficial.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employment visa sponsorship.
