C&IB Associate Relationship Manager (Commercial Banking)

What you will do

• Support banking activities across underwriting, relationship management, and commercial banking product suites.
• Analyze client and financial information to design and execute customer solutions from request through booking or proposal through closing.
• Identify, evaluate, and mitigate regulatory, reputational, operational, and credit risks.
• Interact with internal and external clients to gather information, answer product and servicing questions, and deepen client relationships.
• Assist with offerings, scorecards, and initiatives that generate fee income and expand share of wallet.
• Participate in mentoring, job shadowing, networking, and community outreach to develop credit, product, and sales expertise.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or a comparable combination of education, certification, and experience.
• 2+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Knowledge of credit fundamentals, credit processes, credit products, and financial analysis.
• Strong customer relationship-building, communication, critical-thinking, decision-making, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, identify sales opportunities, and apply internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
