Personnel and Facilities Manager (Aerospace and Defense)

Location: El Segundo, California, USA; on-site support for U.S. Space Force organizations

Salary: USD 170,000–210,000 per year

What you will do

• Manage personnel, facilities, infrastructure, and operational requirements supporting U.S. Space Force mission organizations.
• Plan space allocation, facility usage agreements, work orders, relocations, modernization, and organizational moves.
• Maintain accredited SCIF and SAPF environments and coordinate security accreditation, co-use approvals, inspections, and corrective actions.
• Support the planning, construction, renovation, sustainment, and modernization of secure facilities, networks, IT systems, and communications.
• Coordinate Facilities Utilization Board activities, Host Tenant Support Agreements, maintenance, lifecycle management, and infrastructure documentation.
• Prepare executive briefings and decision materials while coordinating Government, contractor, security, facilities, and IT stakeholders.

Requirements

• Active DoD Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility (TS/SCI) is required.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university; a master’s degree is desired.
• At least 15 years of relevant DoD experience in human resources, IT/telecommunications, facilities management, or related mission support.
• Extensive experience with TS/SCI SCIF and SAPF facilities, ICD 705, security accreditation, co-use approvals, and classified environments.
• Experience with facility planning, relocations, modernization, high-availability networks, secure communications, RAMS, and ARCHIBUS.
• Strong project management, analytical, communication, briefing, and documentation skills, including the ability to manage competing priorities.
