Regional Fit-Out Manager DACH - Freelance (Hospitality)

Location: Berlin or Vienna, covering fit-out projects across the DACH region

What you will do

• Lead commercial fit-out projects across the DACH region from initiation through opening.
• Own project planning, budgets, programmes, quality, risks, and commercial performance.
• Coordinate consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
• Oversee multiple regional projects while balancing priorities and resources.
• Support Project Managers and promote consistent delivery standards across the region.
• Provide regional reporting, escalation, decision-making, and project guidance.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience delivering commercial fit-out projects, preferably in hospitality, retail, or other design-led environments.
• Strong understanding of architecture, interior design, and construction, with the ability to translate design intent into high-quality execution.
• Excellent project and commercial management skills.
• Leadership and decision-making skills for managing multiple project teams simultaneously.
• Structured, proactive, detail-oriented, and effective in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English and German; located in Berlin or Vienna.
