C&IB Associate Relationship Manager (Commercial Banking)

Base salary: $75,000–$125,000 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Support banking activities across underwriting, relationship management, credit products, and other product suite activities.
• Analyze client information and help design and execute customized commercial banking solutions.
• Manage transactions from request through booking and support sales conversations through closing.
• Identify, evaluate, and mitigate regulatory, operational, reputational, and credit risks.
• Interact with internal and external clients to gather information, answer product-related questions, and expand relationships.
• Build credit, product, and sales expertise through mentoring, job shadowing, networking, and formal learning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience.
• At least 2 years of relevant professional experience.
• Knowledge of credit fundamentals, credit processes, credit products, and financial analysis.
• Strong customer relationship-building, communication, decision-making, and critical-thinking skills.
• Accuracy, attention to detail, business acumen, adaptability, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Visa sponsorship and STEM OPT participation are not available for this position.
