Analyst - Commercial Banking (Commercial Banking)

Location: Denver, Colorado, with the first three months of training in Chicago, Illinois. The role is based at 1550 Wewatta St Ste 520 in Denver after completion of the training phase.

Salary: $77,500 per year, based on experience, qualifications, and location. Incentive compensation may also apply.

What you will do

• Underwrite credit transactions across commercial banking lines of business.
• Analyze financial information and financial statements.
• Identify risks associated with commercial loans and prepare credit requests.
• Support relationship managers and contribute to risk management and product initiatives.
• Complete classroom and practical training across commercial lending groups, including commercial real estate, health care, construction, private banking, and other sectors.
• Build knowledge of financing, treasury management, foreign exchange, derivatives, sales, negotiation, and client technology solutions.

Requirements

• College degree with at least two accounting classes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, writing, interpersonal, and spreadsheet skills.
• Ability to work independently and within teams with a detail-oriented approach.
• Legal eligibility to work at the specified U.S. locations is required.
• Visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Experience with spreading software such as Moody's.
