Regional Banking Relationship Manager Sr.

Location: Chicago, IL; office-based

Salary: $102,000–$208,000 annual base salary, plus eligibility for incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Acquire new profitable business relationships through prospecting, networking, and business guidance.
• Manage and deepen relationships with existing business customers, focusing on companies with $2–$50 million in sales and credit exposures up to $25 million.
• Analyze, structure, and close complex commercial loan transactions.
• Maintain customer creditworthiness, review documentation, and manage portfolio reviews and credit account requirements.
• Coordinate with the Huntington Loan Center and Commercial Loan Servicing to ensure complete and accurate credit packages.
• Mentor junior Regional Banking colleagues and act as a backup to the Market Manager.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent four-year education and relevant experience.
• 10+ years of Business Banking or Commercial Banking experience required.
• Experience with complex commercial credits and commercial sales.
• Ability to build local market relationships and collaborate with internal partners.
• Ability to represent the bank at business and community functions.
