Global Process Owner - Warehousing, Distribution & Supply Chain Security

Salary: USD 134,061.15–181,376.85 annually

What you will do

• Own, define, maintain, and continuously improve global QMS processes and standards for warehousing, distribution, and supply chain security.
• Shape the strategic direction and future-state roadmap for global W&D and SCS processes with key stakeholders.
• Monitor regulatory developments and translate their impact into global processes, standards, and controls.
• Establish process governance through performance metrics, risk indicators, escalation mechanisms, and management reporting.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives, change management, audit and inspection response strategies, and management reviews.
• Build a global network of subject-matter experts and stakeholders while aligning with Quality and the broader GMP/GDP network.

Requirements

• Doctorate degree and 2 years of supply chain experience; master’s degree and 4 years; bachelor’s degree and 6 years; associate’s degree and 10 years; or high school diploma/GED and 12 years.
• At least 2 years of leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge and practical application of GMP/GDP regulations and Quality Management Systems in a pharmaceutical or similarly regulated environment.
• Experience translating regulatory requirements into pragmatic, risk-based processes and controls, including quality and compliance risk management.
• Experience leading global processes, governance, or significant cross-functional initiatives, including regulatory inspections and audits.
• Strong understanding of warehousing, distribution, supply chain processes, operational excellence, and process performance management.

Nice to have

• Experience as a Global Process Owner or in comparable global process leadership.
• Pharmaceutical warehousing, distribution, and cold-chain experience.
• Experience with AI-enabled tools or technologies such as machine learning, automation, or advanced analytics.
