Executive Director GPO Delivery and Optimization (Healthcare Supply Chain)

Location: Remote within the United States; travel 21–40% within the US

Salary: $164,000–$305,000 annually

What you will do

• Lead one of five GPO Delivery pods and own delivery performance across its assigned portfolio of accounts.
• Drive contract uptake, performance optimization, member savings, and value realization across healthcare supply chain programs.
• Use contract analytics, Power BI, AI-enabled tools, and other data sources to model scenarios and develop strategic recommendations.
• Build trusted relationships with senior supply chain executives, physicians, clinicians, and internal stakeholders.
• Lead executive discussions, resolve complex issues, align member and hirify.global priorities, and identify growth opportunities.
• Hire, coach, develop, and performance-manage a team while personally managing a subset of strategic accounts.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of applicable experience and a bachelor's degree.
• 12+ years of experience in account management, category management, sourcing and contracting, or healthcare supply chain leadership.
• Expertise in GPO contract lifecycle management and enterprise-level performance optimization.
• Experience analyzing complex data and communicating insights to C-suite executives, physicians, and clinicians.
• Experience hiring, coaching, and developing teams of 10 or more, including organizational change and continuous improvement.
• Ability to work remotely and travel 21–40% within the US.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree.
• Experience with Salesforce, Power BI, and AI-enabled analytics tools.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
