Director of Sales & Operations Planning

Location: Remote within the United States; city listed as Rochester, New York. Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday daytime schedule.

Annual base pay: $130,000–$160,000.

hirify.global provides laboratory and clinical program services, with this role supporting logistics and enterprise planning.

What you will do

• Design, implement, and launch the company-wide Sales and Operations Planning framework, including planning cycles, governance, decision rights, and change management.
• Build integrated demand, supply, capacity, inventory, scenario, and sensitivity models across products, regions, and channels.
• Integrate new product introductions, launches, portfolio changes, and lifecycle planning into the S&OP process.
• Facilitate monthly executive S&OP meetings and align Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Product, and Clinical stakeholders.
• Connect S&OP outputs with financial plans, budgets, revenue, margin, working capital, and operational execution.
• Lead planning systems, analytics, KPI development, benchmarking, continuous improvement, and a small S&OP/planning team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain or Operations Management, Data Analytics, Statistics, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of progressive experience in supply chain, planning, S&OP/IBP, or related roles.
• At least 3 years of progressive leadership experience.
• Experience implementing or leading S&OP/IBP processes and tools, with strong knowledge of demand planning, supply planning, capacity modeling, and inventory management.
• Advanced planning systems, analytics or BI tools, Excel, modeling, scenario analysis, executive facilitation, and cross-functional communication skills.
• Ability to work remotely from the United States.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree such as an MBA.
• APICS/ASCM CPIM or CSCP certification.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Black Belt, or similar continuous improvement credential.
• Experience in complex or regulated environments and strong C-suite communication skills.
