Head of Global Logistics

What you will do

• Own end-to-end warehousing and last-mile delivery across Australia, the US, the UK and Europe, while guiding expansion into Canada.
• Lead regional Logistics Managers, their teams and external partners across the UK, Ireland, Europe, the USA, Canada and Australia.
• Develop a unified global logistics strategy, operational standards and stronger commercial rigor.
• Design logistics networks, evaluate 3PL models, negotiate carrier and rate agreements, and support retail growth initiatives.
• Partner with Finance, Commercial and Executive teams on reporting, product design, business cases and strategic decisions.
• Identify and implement AI-enabled workflows, optimisation opportunities and technology improvements across logistics.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of last-mile delivery and warehousing economics, including cost-per-order drivers and market dynamics.
• Experience making structural logistics decisions such as aggregator versus direct, make versus buy, and automation investments.
• Ability to model network design choices, build capital business cases and negotiate with carriers and 3PL partners.
• Experience leading and coaching established regional leaders across multiple markets.
• Ability to align global strategy with local ownership and build effective cross-functional partnerships.
• Experience designing AI-enabled ways of working while keeping human judgement in the loop.
