What you will do

• Develop and execute trading strategies across physical and financial renewable fuel markets.
• Manage commercial positions in renewable diesel, biodiesel, blendstocks, and related products.
• Identify arbitrage, storage, blending, logistics, and market optimization opportunities.
• Analyze market fundamentals, regulatory developments, supply-demand balances, and pricing trends.
• Apply hedging and risk management strategies while operating within established governance and control frameworks.
• Collaborate with scheduling, logistics, operations, supply, risk, finance, and commercial teams to execute transactions and develop new markets.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in commodity trading, supply, optimization, commercial operations, or related energy markets.
• Understanding of physical and paper trading, logistics, pricing, and risk management.
• Experience developing commercial relationships and negotiating transactions.
• Strong quantitative and analytical capabilities.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Employment visa sponsorship is not available, and individuals on time-limited visa status will not be considered.

Nice to have

• Experience trading renewable diesel, biodiesel, marine biofuels, refined products, feedstocks, or environmental products.
• Knowledge of RINs, LCFS, carbon markets, and international renewable fuel standards.
• Familiarity with futures, swaps, options, trading systems, market intelligence platforms, and advanced Excel or analytical tools.
• Experience in asset-backed trading organizations and a demonstrated value-creation track record.
