Salary: $139,795–$207,925 per year

What you will do

• Lead operations at a large, highly visible power-generation and waste-to-energy facility.
• Build, develop, and inspire strong teams while establishing a safety-first culture.
• Drive operational excellence, reliability, accountability, productivity, and asset performance.
• Lead complex maintenance and outage planning.
• Develop long-term operational, staffing, maintenance, and budget strategies.
• Build relationships with employees, customers, community partners, and senior leadership.

Requirements

• Progressive leadership experience in a complex industrial or power-generation environment.
• Experience in waste-to-energy, power plants, paper mills, chemical manufacturing, biomass, coal-fired, nuclear, or combined-cycle operations is highly valued.
• Demonstrated ability to lead people, develop talent, establish accountability, and unite teams.
• Experience managing complex assets and operating in high-accountability environments.
• Ability to uphold safety, inclusion, trust, and results-focused values.
