Associate, Business Analytics (Financial Services)

Location: Toronto, ON; hybrid arrangement with 1–3 days per week on-site

Annual base salary: CAD 51,500–57,300, plus participation in an annual discretionary incentive or bonus program.

What you will do

• Review, audit, and validate sales reported by Financial Planning Consultants.
• Conduct pre-audits and confirm that required actions and documentation are complete before transactions qualify for compensation.
• Investigate discrepancies, prepare queries, and coordinate timely resolution with business partners.
• Support recurring and ad hoc sales reporting, analysis, and management communications.
• Apply controls and due diligence to maintain sales integrity and meet regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Experience in sales reporting, auditing, validation, and data analysis.
• Degree or diploma in business, finance, accounting, analytics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical thinking, critical reasoning, communication, prioritization, and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to investigate complex information and communicate detailed findings clearly.
• Legal eligibility to work in Canada is required; a valid work or study permit may be required where applicable.
