Benefit Configuration Analyst

What you will do

• Analyze benefit package requirements and support the design of new benefit structures.
• Configure benefit data, new policies, and policy revisions in claims processing and administrative systems.
• Support onboarding activities for new groups while meeting accuracy and efficiency targets.
• Respond to general and complex inquiries from members, brokers, and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain workflow tools and documentation, interpret business processes, and recommend operational improvements.
• Troubleshoot administration service issues and provide responsive customer service.

Requirements

• Post-secondary diploma or degree in business, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience, including business analysis, data analysis, or data management.
• Experience with Discoverer, SQL, query writing and optimization, data analysis, and Power BI.
• Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, communication, collaboration, and customer-service skills.
• Ability to work with clients, members, brokers, and internal stakeholders across different audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience with group benefits.
• French proficiency.
