Client Operations Analyst

Location: Kansas City, Missouri. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. or in Canada without sponsorship.

Annual salary: $50,000–$65,000 USD.

What you will do

• Triage and manage operational requests, issues, and support activities.
• Gather information, document findings, and escalate issues with complete context.
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc operational reports.
• Maintain client documentation, SOPs, operational records, and escalation paths.
• Support release readiness, known-issue tracking, post-release monitoring, client training, and operational enablement.
• Coordinate with operations, engineering, product, implementation, and client success teams to improve follow-through and processes.

Requirements

• Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
• Ability to learn technical systems and operational workflows quickly.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• U.S. or Canadian work authorization without sponsorship is required; U.S. visa sponsorship is not available.
