Salary: $165,000–$215,000 per year, plus eligibility for an annual bonus.

What you will do

• Write and edit accurate, clear, engaging content for websites, blogs, social media, video, and podcasts.
• Translate complex topics in institutional investing and risk management, including ESG, climate, factors, and asset classes, into accessible materials.
• Develop content plans with a global network of subject-matter experts and manage delivery across formats.
• Use hirify.global and external data to create narratives, charts, and other forms of analysis.
• Apply hirify.global brand guidelines, internal style standards, and the AP Stylebook.
• Coordinate with researchers, marketing, communications, designers, multimedia producers, and digital experience teams.

Requirements

• 8–12 years of relevant writing experience.
• Experience writing for websites, social media, and video, with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences and media.
• Experience in a corporate environment; financial services or investment experience is preferred, particularly private assets and real assets investing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, organization, collaboration, and deadline-management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a matrix environment, remove roadblocks, find information, and complete tasks.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word and familiarity with PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and AI tools such as Claude.
