Thought Leadership Associate (Finance)

Location: New York, United States

Annual base salary: $135,000–$185,000, plus variable year-end bonus.

hirify.global is an investment firm whose Thought Leadership team produces markets-, economics-, and technology-focused content supporting fundraising, recruiting, and branding initiatives.

What you will do

• Manage drafting and review processes for white papers, speaking engagements, presentations, and short-form materials.
• Collaborate with investment research, technology, Investor Relations, Media Communications, and Legal & Compliance stakeholders.
• Develop and implement projects supporting content sourcing, amplification initiatives, and team infrastructure.
• Build relationships across the firm to identify and execute new thought-leadership ideas.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Two to five years of experience in analytical research, written communication, and project management roles.
• Strong analytical, research, writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Critical thinking, learning agility, proactive project ownership, and collaborative ability.
• Academic or professional experience in finance, economics, statistics, or another quantitative discipline is valued but not required.
