Manufacturing Supervisor-1st Shift

Location: WI - Brillion, United States; onsite, 1st shift

What you will do

• Lead and plan daily manufacturing operations for an assigned department.
• Manage production-floor scheduling, staffing, training, troubleshooting, and compliance with safety guidelines.
• Coach, develop, evaluate, and motivate team members, taking corrective action when required.
• Coordinate departmental activities to meet manufacturing schedules, improve overall equipment effectiveness, achieve takt time, and reduce lead time.
• Collaborate across departments to improve productivity and quality, and participate in lean manufacturing initiatives that reduce waste and improve operations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
• At least 3 years of related work experience with demonstrated leadership skills.
• Experience leading, coaching, and developing people.
• Working knowledge of lean tools such as 6S and Kaizen.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
