Sr. Plant Manager (Manufacturing)

Location: Onsite at the factory in McBee, South Carolina, United States

Salary: $133,586–$166,810 per year, plus eligibility for an annual bonus

What you will do

• Own total facility performance, operating metrics, P&L results, and customer satisfaction for the bottling and distribution site.
• Lead plant-floor operations and maintain strong engagement with employees across the facility.
• Build, coach, and develop a cohesive team of leaders and employees.
• Champion national safety and quality programs while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Lead Continuous Excellence and Total Performance Management implementation initiatives.
• Build effective partnerships with plant leaders and corporate stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field; a master’s degree is a plus.
• 10+ years of relevant manufacturing experience, including career progression and cross-functional assignments.
• 5+ years managing departments and teams of leaders and employees.
• Consumer packaged goods experience is required; food or beverage experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of manufacturing operations, warehousing, distribution, budgeting, planning, safety, quality, and human resources.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and ERP systems such as SAP, plus excellent communication and presentation skills.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree.
• Food or beverage manufacturing experience.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or TPM.
