Director, Domestic Fulfillment

Location: Los Angeles, California, United States, or Teterboro, New Jersey, United States; significant travel to domestic fulfillment sites is expected. Proximity to Los Angeles or New Jersey is strongly preferred.

Hiring range: $141,920–$208,600 USD annually, with geographic pay tiers and benefits.

What you will do

• Lead operational performance across US and Canada fulfillment sites at different maturity and performance levels.
• Standardize 5S practices, facility organization, safety protocols, SOP compliance, and training effectiveness.
• Own the domestic fulfillment scorecard, reporting cadence, audit discipline, data integrity, and site accountability systems.
• Run improvement cycles including time studies, batch logic reviews, and cognitive load analysis to improve floor operations and reduce errors.
• Build the US site management program and develop Operations Managers into autonomous site leaders.
• Represent the domestic fulfillment network in discussions with Product, Engineering, Finance, People, and senior leadership teams.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive warehouse and fulfillment leadership experience, including 3+ years managing multi-site operations.
• Recognized training or credentials in warehouse operations, supply chain management, Lean, Six Sigma, APICS, or a related discipline.
• Experience building structured operations or restoring discipline and consistency to underperforming networks.
• Strong understanding of CPO, fixed labor, volume, headcount planning, scorecards, audits, and operational reporting.
• Proficiency with warehouse management systems, labor management systems, reporting tools, and performance dashboards.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.

Nice to have

• Experience in established, structured supply chain environments where industry standards are the baseline.
• Deep experience developing managers and creating shared accountability across independent sites and operating lanes.
