Senior Product Manager, Enterprise (Fintech)

Salary: $200,000–$240,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Own the roadmap and delivery for one or more enterprise product areas.
• Design workflows for complex firms, including delegated tasks, bulk changes, firm settings, permissions, and multi-level structures.
• Improve onboarding, firm setup, branding, billing, and other enterprise experiences.
• Identify scalable solutions for internal process friction through product features, tools, and playbooks.
• Ship iterative releases with engineering and design while tracking measurable outcomes.
• Partner with enterprise firms and sales to conduct discovery and shape solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager building B2B2C or multi-sided software.
• Experience shipping complex, high-visibility products for enterprise customers.
• Ability to discuss architecture and data models, understand integrations, and use product data to guide decisions.
• Strong customer discovery, communication, judgment, ownership, and creative problem-solving skills.
• Ability to simplify complex, rules-heavy problems and work effectively in fast-moving environments.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, wealth management, or another regulated industry.
• Familiarity with registered investment advisor operations, firm structures, advisor transitions, or custodial relationships.
• Experience building enterprise onboarding, activation, or implementation experiences.
• Experience with team management, roles and permissions, admin tools, or multi-level organizational structures.
