Lead Business Technology Engineer (AI)

Location: McLean, Virginia, United States; on-site at the corporate headquarters.

Base salary: $100,000–$200,000 USD per year, with potential discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Design, configure, and manage multiple complex Google Workspace tenants aligned with FedRAMP and CMMC requirements.
• Lead the management, optimization, and secure deployment of Google Workspace AI tools, including Gemini for Workspace.
• Architect testing, piloting, and organization-wide rollouts for new Google Workspace features.
• Partner with Information Security and Network teams on zero-trust controls, DLP policies, access management, and compliance.
• Build and maintain integrations between Google Workspace and core enterprise platforms.
• Develop management plans and SOPs, provide Tier-3 escalation support, and automate administration with GAM, Google Apps Script, and Python.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.
• 7+ years of experience in desktop engineering or similar IT roles.
• Experience managing multiple complex Google Workspace tenants in regulated environments such as FedRAMP and CMMC.
• Hands-on experience with Google Workspace Security Center, complex mail routing, Google Vault, SAML, and enterprise identity integrations such as Okta or Microsoft Entra ID.
• Experience managing and supporting enterprise AI tools and using GAM, Google Apps Script, Python, or related APIs for automation.
• Ability to work on-site in McLean, Virginia, with strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Google Cloud Professional Workspace Administrator certification.
• Deep knowledge of zero-trust security models and government compliance auditing.
• Experience creating automated user lifecycle workflows across multiple SaaS applications.
