Senior Systems Endpoint Engineer (AI)

Base pay: $154,000–$208,500 annually

What you will do

• Lead the planning, design, implementation, and support of endpoint management strategy using Infrastructure as Code.
• Manage and support endpoints across Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, Chrome OS, and browser environments.
• Use endpoint and end-user data with AI-driven insights to improve deployments and develop self-healing initiatives.
• Provide operational support for Workspace ONE, Secure Enterprise Browser, AWS server infrastructure, and virtual desktop environments.
• Participate in troubleshooting, incident response, problem resolution, documentation, and knowledge sharing.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring while collaborating with vendors, application support teams, and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Unified or Autonomous Endpoint Management experience across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android EMM platforms.
• Experience with Workspace ONE or a similar endpoint management platform, Chrome OS, Google Chrome administration, and troubleshooting PCs, Macs, and mobile devices.
• Strong knowledge of virtual machines and platforms such as AWS WorkSpaces, Horizon VDI, or Citrix.
• Experience with cloud platforms including AWS and Azure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and DevSecOps practices.
• Hands-on experience with Python or PowerShell automation and Infrastructure as Code using GitOps.
• Knowledge of endpoint security technologies including antivirus, malware protection, and MFA.
• ITIL, AWS, or VMware certifications.
