SaaS & Enterprise Application Manager (NY)

Location: Hybrid role based in New York, New York, United States; occasional travel to other hirify.global offices may be required.

Annual base salary: $130,000–$160,000.

What you will do

• Lead the Business Applications function, operating model, strategy, and roadmap for enterprise applications and SaaS platforms.
• Own application inventory, governance standards, lifecycle management, vendor relationships, operational risk, and modernization initiatives.
• Partner with Legal, Compliance, Finance, Product, Information Security, Infrastructure Engineering, Endpoint Engineering, and IT Support.
• Administer, configure, support, and troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Slack, Zoom, Box, Atlassian products, learning management systems, and compliance platforms.
• Configure SSO integrations and manage identity, access, provisioning, entitlement, and authentication services using Microsoft Entra ID.
• Lead integrations, APIs, provisioning workflows, reverse proxy solutions, implementations, operational transitions, and service maturity improvements.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience supporting enterprise applications, SaaS platforms, identity management, business systems, or related technology functions.
• 2+ years of experience leading projects, mentoring engineers, managing technical teams, or owning enterprise application initiatives.
• Hands-on experience administering SaaS and enterprise application environments, including Microsoft 365.
• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Azure/Entra enterprise applications, SSO, SAML/OIDC, access controls, identity integrations, and authentication troubleshooting.
• Experience with SaaS integrations, user provisioning, identity governance, entitlement models, access management, application lifecycle management, and change management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience; strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Slack, Zoom, Box, Atlassian, CMS/DMS, learning management, compliance, vendor management, asset management, or ERP platforms.
• Experience with SaaS automation, scripting, APIs, provisioning workflows, reporting, dashboards, and operational automation.
• Experience in financial services, regulated environments, or organizations with strong compliance and security requirements.
• Familiarity with generative AI tools such as ChatGPT for research, data insights, and productivity.
