Location: Onsite at 1375 Crossman Ave, Sunnyvale, California, United States. A Bellevue, Washington salary range is also listed.

Annual salary: $143,000–$286,000 in Sunnyvale; $132,000–$264,000 in Bellevue. Additional performance bonuses and potential stock compensation may apply.

What you will do

• Define goals, stage gates, delivery paths, and key deliverables for large-scale technical programs.
• Coordinate cross-functional dependencies, commitments, delivery dates, and resource requirements.
• Translate product requirements into scalable, highly available, and performant technical designs.
• Identify risks, create mitigation plans, and resolve issues that affect program delivery.
• Improve workflows, prioritization frameworks, and automation opportunities across initiatives.
• Communicate progress and risks, build consensus, and mentor team members in technical program management practices.

Requirements

• Experience managing complex engineering, technical program management, product management, or related initiatives.
• Ability to define program goals, stage gates, critical delivery paths, and manage resource constraints.
• Strong knowledge of system design, cloud infrastructure, software lifecycle, and operational excellence frameworks.
• Analytical problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making and impact analysis.
• Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related area plus 6 years of relevant experience.
• Option 2: 8 years of relevant experience without the degree requirement.

Nice to have

• Project management certification.
• Master's degree in business administration with a relevant specialization.
• Experience with inclusive digital experiences, WCAG 2.2 AA, assistive technologies, and digital accessibility.
