Location: Onsite at the Bentonville Home Office, Bentonville, Arkansas, United States

Salary: $110,000–$220,000 annual salary, plus performance-based bonuses and possible stock compensation.

What you will do

  • Define and manage goals, deliverables, schedules, critical paths, and execution plans for multiple medium- to high-complexity programs.
  • Secure team commitments, manage cross-functional dependencies, and resolve ambiguities across technology initiatives.
  • Translate product requirements into technical designs supporting scalability, high availability, and performance.
  • Monitor progress, identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and communicate status and issues to stakeholders.
  • Build trusted partnerships with product, engineering, operations, business, and domain stakeholders.
  • Analyze data and drive automation, innovation, and continuous improvement using GenAI and advanced analytics.

Requirements

  • Expertise in program management techniques, tools, and frameworks for multiple medium- to high-complexity programs.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, dependency management, and cross-functional leadership skills.
  • Ability to translate product requirements into technical designs and collaborate with engineering teams on architecture and solution delivery.
  • Analytical problem-solving skills for synthesizing data, identifying risks, and proposing actionable solutions.
  • Proficiency in Agile methodology and business communication.
  • Either a bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related area plus 5 years of relevant experience, or 7 years of relevant experience.

Nice to have

  • Project management certification.
  • Master’s degree in business administration or a related specialization.
  • Experience in product design and knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA, assistive technologies, and digital accessibility practices.
