What you will do

• Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of the Risk and Control Program, Issues Management Program, and Key Risk Metric activities.
• Coordinate governance activities, committee materials, decisions, action tracking, escalations, and reporting for enterprise risk programs.
• Analyze control effectiveness, issue aging, remediation status, risk metrics, threshold breaches, trends, concentrations, and emerging risks.
• Review risk assessments, control evidence, issue documentation, remediation plans, and closure support to identify gaps and challenge conclusions.
• Administer eGRC records and workflows, perform data-quality checks, and develop dashboards, recurring reports, training, and communications.
• Coordinate with business lines, Compliance, Legal, Internal Audit, Technology, senior leaders, vendors, and risk partners on controls, audits, regulatory inquiries, and process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• At least 4 years of experience in risk, reporting and analytics, governance, or a related function; alternatively, 8 years of combined higher education and work experience including at least 4 relevant years.
• Strong analytical, reporting, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of risk analytics, reporting, applicable laws, governance, and eGRC systems.
• Ability to work in New York, New York, United States of America.

• Experience developing, implementing, and using decision technologies and eGRC systems.
• Experience mentoring junior specialists.
