Operations Work Lead Sr (Banking Operations)

Location: Must be based in Cleveland or the Cleveland area, with mandatory in-person attendance at the Cleveland office at least once a week. Remote work may be available in select geographic locations with approval, subject to occasional in-office participation.

Base salary: $41,250.00–$68,750.00 per year, plus potential incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Oversee operational workflows and assist with complex transactions and processes.
• Monitor workflow, resolve escalated issues, and process or reconcile moderate- to high-risk transactions.
• Train and coach team members, lead team meetings, and support performance development.
• Review processes, drive improvements, update standard operating procedures, and support projects.
• Verify transaction and document accuracy, service-level compliance, and risk mitigation controls.
• Lead system enhancements, testing, and procedure changes.

Requirements

• Must be based in Cleveland or the Cleveland area and attend mandatory weekly in-person meetings in Cleveland.
• Bachelor's degree; comparable education, certifications, and experience may be considered instead.
• Knowledge of operational functions, process management, standard operating procedures, and risk mitigation.
• Strong accuracy, attention to detail, communication, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to coach others, manage workflow, and resolve escalated operational issues.
