Product Manager (Real Estate)

Location: Remote - USA

Estimated base salary: $115,000-$130,000 per year, plus a discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Develop and drive the WDSuite product roadmap for the Affordable Equity platform from concept through customer delivery.
• Partner with stakeholders and users to identify business challenges, workflows, needs, and desired outcomes.
• Translate product strategy into requirements, user stories, and prototypes.
• Serve as Product Owner for assigned scrum teams and collaborate with engineers to deliver reliable products on time.
• Engage customers and partners, communicate roadmap updates, and gather feedback.
• Align product priorities and decisions across Product, business, and technical teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years of product management or related experience.
• Experience working in an Agile environment with technical teams.
• Demonstrated ability to translate business and user needs into product requirements and user stories.
• Experience collaborating with business stakeholders, customers, partners, and technical teams.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
