Product Manager I

Location: Remote; US-based employment indicators are present in the benefits and legal information.

Salary: $111,000–$150,000 per year, plus bonus eligibility based on individual and company performance.

What you will do

• Define product vision, strategy, OKRs, KPIs, and roadmap in alignment with customer and business needs.
• Analyze product performance, user behavior, market trends, competitive intelligence, and customer insights to guide decisions.
• Gather requirements, maintain and prioritize the product backlog, and translate strategy into epics, features, and user stories.
• Lead user research and champion user-centered design while representing customer needs across the organization.
• Coordinate Agile delivery, release planning, launch communications, go-to-market activities, and stakeholder alignment.
• Lead cross-functional teams without direct authority, improve product processes, and manage risks affecting product outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Seven or more years of product management experience in consumer or enterprise products.
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Figma, AHA, Amplitude, and/or Tableau.
• Strong analytical, strategic, financial, project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Agile product development, roadmapping, prioritization, user research, metrics, and user acceptance testing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages.

Nice to have

• Marketing experience.
• Scrum or Agile certification.
