Product Coach

Location: Minneapolis, Minnesota. Employees work in the office at least four days per week, with flexibility to work from home one day per week. Applicants must have valid United States work authorization and must not require visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Base salary: $100,000–$137,600 per year, with potential variable compensation and benefits.

What you will do

• Coach product owners, product leaders, and delivery teams across portfolios to improve collaboration, predictability, team health, and delivery outcomes.
• Use observations, retrospectives, flow metrics, and qualitative insights to identify improvement opportunities.
• Coach teams on backlog strategy, outcome-based prioritization, roadmap clarity, and connecting work to customer and business outcomes.
• Strengthen discovery through problem framing, hypothesis-driven experimentation, learning loops, and clear success measures.
• Partner with product, engineering, and organizational leaders on broader agile transformation.
• Report on coaching effectiveness at team, portfolio, and organizational levels using data.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with at least four years of relevant experience.
• At least five years of relevant professional experience.
• At least three years of product coaching experience, including helping teams shift from output-based to outcome-based delivery.
• Experience in a software or digital product development environment.
• Strong understanding of product discovery practices and experience defining and measuring coaching effectiveness.
• Valid United States work authorization without current or future visa sponsorship requirements.
