Product Coach (Financial Services)

Location: Minneapolis, Minnesota, United States; office attendance required at least four days per week, with one day of work from home

Base salary: $100,000–$137,600 per year, with potential variable compensation.

What you will do

• Coach product owners, product leaders, and delivery teams across one or more portfolios.
• Improve collaboration, predictability, team health, and delivery outcomes through observations, retrospectives, metrics, and qualitative insights.
• Coach teams on backlog strategy, outcome-based prioritization, roadmap clarity, and connecting work to customer and business outcomes.
• Strengthen discovery through problem framing, hypothesis-driven experimentation, learning loops, and clear success measures.
• Partner with product, engineering, and organizational leaders to support agile transformation and shared accountability for outcomes.
• Produce data-driven reporting that demonstrates coaching effectiveness at team, portfolio, and organizational levels.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience of four years.
• At least three years of product coaching experience, including helping teams transition from output-based to outcome-based delivery.
• Experience in a software or digital product development environment.
• Strong understanding of product discovery practices.
• Experience defining and measuring coaching effectiveness.
• Valid United States work authorization without current or future visa sponsorship requirements.
