Global Supply Manager - Indirect

Location: On-site in Pittsburgh, PA; Dallas, TX; San Francisco, CA; or Toronto, ON

Salary: $110,000–$165,000 USD yearly, plus equity incentives, an annual performance bonus, and benefits.

hirify.global is a technology startup developing Physical AI for commercial autonomous trucks and robotaxis.

What you will do

• Develop and execute global sourcing strategies for indirect categories including IT hardware, SaaS, operations, professional services, and facilities.
• Lead RFx processes from market research and supplier identification through bid analysis and supplier selection.
• Negotiate professional service agreements, statements of work, service level agreements, and other commercial contracts with Legal and Finance.
• Manage key indirect suppliers, including supplier lifecycle activities and quarterly business reviews.
• Maintain contract lifecycle management data, vendor governance, budgets, forecasts, and purchase order releases.
• Drive cost savings and improve procure-to-pay processes, documentation, and issue resolution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Management, or Engineering.
• 4+ years of supply chain experience with a background in supplier relationship management.
• Expertise in source-to-pay processes and proficiency with Google Workspace.
• Collaborative, open-minded approach and willingness to support others.
• Passion for self-driving technologies and solving complex problems.
• Ability to travel to hirify.global locations up to 25% of the time.

Nice to have

• Experience in the autonomous or electric vehicle industry.
• MBA or JD.
