Supply Chain Program Manager (AI/Automotive)

Location: Sunnyvale, California, USA; hybrid, with in-person collaboration in offices and vehicle workshops

Base salary: $184,200–$240,000, plus a competitive equity package.

What you will do

• Own supply chain execution and material readiness for prototypes, NPI, subassemblies, product builds, and fleet launches.
• Translate engineering BOMs and aggregated demand into procurement plans, identifying long-lead items, critical-path components, and supply gaps.
• Coordinate Engineering, Planning, Sourcing, Logistics, Finance, Legal, Operations, Manufacturing, suppliers, upfitters, and integration partners.
• Manage supplier compliance, agreements, NDAs, risk controls, contingency planning, and ethical sourcing requirements.
• Lead upfitter and partner relationships, maintain milestone cadences, and resolve issues affecting vehicle build readiness.
• Define and report KPIs covering material availability, cost savings, inventory accuracy, and process efficiency.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience in supply chain program management, NPI, and hardware operations.
• Strong knowledge of BOM management, material planning, and procurement processes.
• Experience managing cross-functional programs across Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, risk-management, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to travel internationally as needed.
• Familiarity with TISAX, ISO standards, and ethical sourcing requirements is preferred.

• Experience in automotive, consumer hardware, or robotics industries.
