Supply Chain Intern (AI Infrastructure)

What you will do

• Assist with vendor onboarding and coordinate communication with technology vendors, component manufacturers, and cloud infrastructure partners.
• Track orders, receiving, inventory, and deployment of high-value hardware assets.
• Analyze supply chain processes and identify opportunities to improve global hardware logistics and data center deliveries.
• Track semiconductor market trends, pricing, and lead times to support purchasing strategies.
• Support Accounting and Finance with cash flow forecasting, budgeting, and invoice management.
• Shadow supply chain leaders and own small projects that improve redundancy and agility across the supply chain network.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Management, Economics, or a related field as a junior or senior college student.
• Strong interest in supply chain management in a technology or engineering environment.
• Strong Excel proficiency and an analytical mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States; employment offers are subject to verification of work authorization.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with ERP systems such as NetSuite.
• Basic understanding of procurement, vendor management, or hardware lifecycles.
• Interest in AI infrastructure, data centers, or semiconductor technology.
