What you will do
- Own the compensation philosophy and strategy across base pay, short-term incentives, commissions, long-term incentives, and equity programs.
- Lead executive compensation design, disclosure, peer benchmarking, and company-performance alignment.
- Prepare Compensation Committee analyses, models, recommendations, and materials with Finance, Legal, Accounting, and external advisors.
- Develop equity and long-term incentive strategies, including award vehicles, vesting, refreshes, performance awards, dilution, burn rate, and share usage.
- Oversee Benefits and People Operations teams, including benefits delivery, HR systems, employee lifecycle processes, compliance, and operational controls.
- Improve governance, documentation, data integrity, automation, employee experience, and functional capabilities across the rewards organization.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive compensation experience with deep expertise in executive compensation and equity, including RSUs, options, and performance awards.
- Experience supporting a Board Compensation Committee; public-company experience with proxy materials, CD&A, and SEC disclosure is strongly preferred.
- Broad-based compensation expertise covering structures, leveling, market pricing, annual planning, and rewards analytics.
- Ability to build sophisticated models and explain complex compensation topics to executives and organizational leadership.
- Experience leading teams and adjacent functions, with sound judgment and discretion when handling confidential information.
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or CCP certification preferred.
