Total Rewards Manager (Financial Services)

Location: Chicago, Illinois, United States. Hybrid schedule with office attendance Monday through Thursday and remote or office work available on Fridays.

Salary: $110,000–$140,000 annually, plus eligibility for discretionary bonus pay.

What you will do

• Administer U.S. health, benefits, retirement, wellness, and leave programs.
• Lead annual benefits renewals, vendor RFPs, plan design changes, and employee communications.
• Manage base salary structures, annual bonus plans, partner compensation, and year-end compensation cycles.
• Conduct market benchmarking, pay equity analyses, job evaluations, and compensation forecasting.
• Develop reporting, dashboards, and analytics covering workforce cost, rewards effectiveness, and pay equity.
• Maintain governance, documentation, compliance, and HRIS reporting for global total rewards programs.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of progressive experience in compensation, benefits, or total rewards.
• Strong understanding of compensation administration, annual bonus cycles, benefits operations, and complex year-end planning.
• Strong analytical, communication, influencing, and data presentation skills.
• Experience preparing offer, promotion, transfer, and other employment-related communications.
• Experience with HRIS platforms, preferably Workday, compensation and equity management tools, and advanced Excel.
• This role is performed in Chicago and requires regular office attendance; employment visa sponsorship is not available.
