Compensation Analyst

Location: United States; fully remote, ideally based in the Eastern Time Zone

What you will do

• Support annual merit, bonus, incentive, and compensation review programs through data preparation, modeling, audits, reporting, and manager tools.
• Conduct global market benchmarking, job pricing, job matching, and compensation survey activities using Radford and Ravio data.
• Analyze pay ranges, compa-ratio, market positioning, internal equity, pay gaps, trends, and outliers.
• Build and maintain compensation models, spreadsheets, reports, dashboards, and scenario analyses.
• Support pay transparency, pay equity, job architecture, salary structure, compensation technology, and process improvement projects.
• Partner with HR, Finance, HRIS, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, and business stakeholders while handling confidential data.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in compensation, Total Rewards, HR analytics, finance, or a related analytical field.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with experience working with large or complex datasets.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, IF formulas, data validation, and data modeling.
• Experience analyzing compensation data, market data, salary ranges, or employee pay information.
• Strong attention to detail, data accuracy, confidentiality, organization, and communication skills.
• Ability to work remotely from the United States, ideally during Eastern Time Zone hours.
