Senior Compensation Analyst

Location: Phoenix, AZ, USA; hybrid with onsite presence four days per week and one remote day per week

What you will do

• Analyze compensation markets, trends, survey data, and comparable roles to recommend competitive and equitable compensation programs.
• Benchmark jobs and maintain job classifications, salary ranges, job descriptions, and compensation documentation.
• Advise HR partners and business leaders on compensation changes, regulations, best practices, and collective bargaining support.
• Lead or support compensation design projects, including data collection, ROI analysis, presentations, communications, and implementation.
• Develop scenario models, reporting, controls, and scalable processes to assess program effectiveness, financial impact, and employee outcomes.
• Collaborate with Human Resources, Finance, Legal, and other cross-functional partners on enterprise compensation initiatives.

Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in compensation, including job and market evaluations, salary structures, and complex analyses.
• Advanced analytical, organizational, quantitative research, and qualitative research skills.
• Knowledge of compensation principles, job analysis, job description development, and the Fair Labor Standards Act.
• Project management, critical thinking, strategic thinking, communication, persuasion, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including strong working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
• Must work onsite in the Phoenix, AZ office four days per week.

• Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) certification.
