Senior Sales & Analytics Manager (AI)

Location: Remote within the United States

Salary: $129,600–$178,200 per year, plus bonus

What you will do

• Build annual ARR and pipeline generation targets using structured assumptions and scenarios.
• Own sales quota setting, headcount and capacity models, territory design, and representative productivity analysis.
• Build dashboards, scorecards, KPI reports, and leading indicators for sales, solutions engineering, and xDR teams.
• Standardize metrics across regions, channels, and product lines into a single source of truth.
• Use AI to build scalable GTM tools and workflow efficiencies, while advancing reporting automation and data quality.
• Partner with GTM and Finance leadership, communicate recommendations, and mentor analysts on modeling and executive communication.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in GTM analytics, sales operations, or a related function supporting an enterprise, multi-product GTM motion.
• Strong understanding of sales planning, territory design, quota setting, and forecasting for sales, solutions engineering, and xDR functions.
• Hands-on SQL skills for independently pulling, joining, and validating data.
• Experience with Salesforce, Gong, Clari, and BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
• Practical experience using AI to build and ship scalable GTM tools and workflow efficiencies.
• Strong executive communication and judgment when structuring ambiguous analytical problems.

Nice to have

• Experience with dbt, Python, R, and cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift.
• Experience building with LLM APIs or AI-assisted analytics tools.
