Workplace Services Safety, Security, and Facilities Coordinator (Contract)

Location: Pittsburgh, PA, United States; on-site support at Pittsburgh facilities with remote support for other Latitude sites

What you will do

• Manage badging, access control, CCTV, visitor management, physical security systems, access audits, and related vendor communications.
• Support workplace safety compliance, inspections, audits, corrective actions, training, and compliance records.
• Coordinate facility operations, maintenance requests, inspections, preventative maintenance, space changes, events, supplies, vendors, contractors, invoices, and purchase orders.
• Manage service tickets, provide timely internal and external support, monitor service levels, and escalate issues when needed.
• Lead cross-functional projects while managing scope, schedules, budgets, and stakeholder updates.
• Support cross-training and operational coverage across shipping, receiving, asset management, and other REWS activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with two years of employment experience, or an equivalent combination of an associate degree and four years of experience or a high school diploma/GED and six years of experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in operations, corporate physical security, or facilities.
• Experience with service ticketing platforms, access control systems, and closed-loop camera systems is strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of building systems and facility operations, strong problem-solving, customer service, time management, multitasking, and attention to detail.
• Computer proficiency with Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform labor-intensive tasks.

Nice to have

• CompTIA A+ certification or willingness to pursue certification.
• Experience with Lenel, LenelS2, Milestone, or related certifications.
