Commercial Water Quality Systems Engineer (HVAC/Plumbing)

Location: Remote in the United States, tied to Fort Worth, Texas; occasional travel to Fort Worth for meetings and training, plus 10–20% travel.

Salary: $86,000–$96,000 yearly, plus a Sales Incentive Plan.

What you will do

• Support commercial Water Quality/EasyWater dealers and sales representatives with bids, specifications, equipment quotes, and applications guidance.
• Build a pipeline of prospective clients and projects while developing long-term customer relationships.
• Provide onsite customer training and troubleshoot field system issues.
• Prepare sales proposals, present technical and commercial information, and communicate pipeline and strategy updates.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, marketing, dealers, and internal stakeholders to align customer needs and project timelines.
• Represent hirify.global at industry events, professional societies, seminars, and customer factory visits.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; an engineering degree is preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience in commercial water quality or the HVAC/plumbing industry.
• Experience applying commercial HVAC and plumbing equipment in complex systems.
• In-depth knowledge of commercial water quality and/or HVAC and plumbing systems, including complete mechanical and plumbing system design.
• Customer service, technical sales, public presentation, and technical communication skills.
• Must establish employment eligibility and complete background checks and required pre-employment testing.
