Salesforce Solutions Developer

Location: 100% remote within the United States

What you will do

• Design and build production-grade Salesforce solutions for complex enterprise requirements.
• Develop custom business logic with Apex, SOQL, SOSL, and Lightning Web Components.
• Build Salesforce integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Implement Flow-based and declarative automation while applying code where it adds clear value.
• Develop maintainable solutions using Salesforce DX and modern source-driven development practices.
• Troubleshoot platform issues and deliver reliable, scalable Salesforce functionality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• At least five years of hands-on Salesforce development experience; the position lists six or more years of overall experience.
• Deep expertise in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Salesforce platform limits, data modeling, and sharing.
• Strong proficiency in Lightning Web Components and modern JavaScript.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations, Flow, Salesforce DX, and source-driven development.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification and strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Nice to have

• Salesforce Platform Developer II certification.
• Experience with Industry Clouds, including Financial Services, Health, or Manufacturing.
• Familiarity with MuleSoft or other middleware platforms.
• Exposure to Einstein AI or Agentforce development.
• Experience with Experience Cloud development.
