Automation Engineer (JavaScript/Playwright)

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using JavaScript, Playwright, Cypress, or similar tools.
• Build and enhance end-to-end, integration, regression, and smoke test suites.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
• Analyze test results and improve test reliability, coverage, and release confidence.
• Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to define and execute test strategies.

Requirements

• Strong experience with JavaScript or TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with Playwright, Cypress, or similar end-to-end testing frameworks.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI.
• Availability for a hybrid role in Detroit, Michigan.
